Pre-order Our Specialties

We want our customers to have the freshest products with minimal environmental impact while we work smarter to offer specialties at a great value. Our pre-order-first production model supports all of those goals!

Pre-ordering is easy. Products that are available to pre-order will have a Pre-order button in the first step of product configurations:

Select Pre-order, then select the remaining product options. Finally, select your Purchase Option (Pay in full... or Pay a 50% deposit) and review key details before adding the pre-order to your cart. It outlines refund terms and key dates like this (highlights added here):

When everything looks good, click Add pre-order to cart.

Availability

Currently, we run pre-orders on a 2- to 3-week cycle, meaning we ship every 2 to 3 weeks, depending on demand. Please plan to submit your pre-order with a 50% deposit at least 2-3 weeks before you want to receive your items. Pre-orders close 2 weeks before shipping begins.

We plan to minimize perishable stock, but we might occasionally have a small quantity on hand after local events or pre-order cancellations. You can check by clicking the Buy In-stock option next to Pre-order.

Important Notes

  • Because we purchase ingredients and other materials specifically for pre-orders, we issue pre-order cancellation refunds as store credit. For more details, please see our Cancellation Policy.
  • Pre-ordering requires planning ahead. While you're at it, please consider buying 1-2 months worth of your favorites, or coordinating a group order with friends and family, to receive the maximum automatic discounts.
  • Orders that include both Buy In-stock and Pre-order items will ship separately by default, which you'll see in your cart.
    • You can request that in-stock items ship together with pre-order items, which might cost less than separate shipping.
    • To request combined shipping, please leave a "combine shipping" note in the Order special instructions field in your cart, or reply to your order confirmation email. We will make that process easier as soon as possible.

Future Plans

As we streamline our production and shipping operations, and as demand increases, we'll offer more frequent pre-order cycles. Our goal is to offer them on a weekly basis. Thank you for working with our model to ensure optimum freshness, and for planning to order in advance.
