Our journey to Nibble & Thrive developed over decades with thoughtful choices and discovering nourishing, flavorful foods to share. For many years, our co-founder Andre made specialties that weren't available elsewhere; after regularly receiving great feedback, he decided to share them more widely through this company.

We accept modest living wages and keep our profit margins to a minimum—just enough to support a sustainable business, small commercial kitchen, and moderate growth potential that will never sacrifice quality for profit.
- If our overall profits exceed a modest living wage, we will lower prices for our customers to maintain a fair balance. We deeply respect your hard work and choice to support our business.

- If we have the good fortune to grow enough to support employees, Nibble & Thrive will be an employee-owned company with all employees earning an equal living wage and share of profits. All employees will share in the decision-making process to ensure we do what's best for our customers, communities, and the planet.
- Conveniently offering fresh foods requires some packaging (for now), but we very deliberately chose 100% compostable options that are bio-based, circular, and Earth-nourishing in ways that alternatives have yet to be.
- Transparency: we are transparent about our ingredients, business practices, and pricing/shipping/discounts. We endeavor to earn your trust and loyalty through uncompromising quality of our gourmet specialties and helping you discover the best nuts, craft chocolate, and complementary ingredients from values-aligned companies.
