The experience

We gently transform the highest-quality raw nuts with a flavor-infusing light brining process, followed by low-temperature dehydration (up to 150ºF) for a uniquely flavorful snacking and garnishing experience. Most say they have more nuanced flavors and are sweeter, less bitter, crispier, generally smoother, and easier to digest than raw or roasted nuts.

Process overview

Using purified water and the purest Himalayan sea salt available, we brine and dehydrate direct-from-the-farm raw nuts using variety-specific multi-day recipes we've refined over several years after learning the basics from the Crispy Nuts recipes in Sally Fallon's Nourishing Traditions cookbook. We conveniently offer our specialties to those with little extra time or space for brining and dehydrating at home.

Small batches and optimal storage conditions ensure maximum freshness.

How to enjoy

Our infused nuts are exceptional in most savory and sweet recipes that call for raw, roasted, salted, or unsalted nuts. They're also a perfect addition to charcuterie boards, add a balancing crunch to porridge, and satisfy straight from the refrigerated jar. Put some in your favorite little snack bowl to help prevent overindulging. 😋
