Proportionately Discounted Shipping
Products must be carefully handled and usually travel from our kitchen to your home. Most online retailers offer free shipping because most online shoppers expect it, but "free" shipping is a retail marketing tactic that has taken root for various reasons. It makes sense to us because including delivery costs in product prices makes it easier to understand the actual cost of a product up front.
We wanted to price our products without excess padding and apply precise shipping discounts in a more customer-friendly way. That led us to automatic and proportionately discounted shipping on all orders, no minimum or coupon code required.
How it works in a nutshell
Every order gets a proportionate discount starting with the first item. The end result: most ground-shippable, non-discounted orders totaling $59+/- will qualify for free USPS Ground Advantage delivery, and many smaller orders going to destinations in nearby zones will also qualify for free shipping.
By the way, we offer additional automatic discounts because we are committed to sharing operational efficiency cost savings with our customers.

- We don't profit from shipping costs, and we use services to automatically shop for the best commercial rates that are much lower than standard retail rates. We pass those savings on to our customers without compromising on sustainability.
Picking up in store?
In lieu of discounted shipping, all "Pickup in store" orders will receive 10% store credit to use on future orders. We look forward to meeting you in person!
