A match made in...our kitchen!
The organic, unroasted, maple-sweetened chocolate from a favorite craft chocolate maker has prominent cocoa, fig, and cinnamon notes that pair perfectly with our our buttery, crisp sea salt infused Chandler walnuts. The cocoa is fairly traded and sourced from Semuliki Forest, Bundibugyo District, Uganda.
We hand-select and dip our whole infused walnuts, giving them a complementary coating of perfectly tempered chocolate that naturally preserves the crisp texture, flavor, and healthy oils of the nut within.
Enjoy as a satisfying on-the-go snack, an outstanding addition to your next charcuterie board, or a fun bite-size appetizer or dessert.

Our translucent refill and bulk bags, with Nibble & Thrive labels and a green Compostable mark printed on the bottom, are certified for industrial composting and safe for home composting.

Bags
Our product bags are made in the USA from bio-based compostable laminated film. It has good barrier properties that keep our foods fresh for a reasonable amount of time.
- Standards and certifications: ASTM D6400, EN13432 (industrial composting)
- Vegan, non-GMO, and not made with PLA.
- No harmful chemicals such as bisphenol (including BPA and over a dozen other derivatives) or phthalates.
Please note: our translucent packaging with reclosable zippers are suitable for freezing and refrigerated storage, but glass mason jars or other durable air-tight containers are easier to use and even better at keeping out odors and moisture long-term.
Labels
The labels on our compostable bags are also certified for industrial composting and safe for home composting.

Our thoughts about pricing and discounts
We prefer to price products based on the cost to deliver a single product to you, then offer automatic proportionate discounts as the cost of delivering multiple items in a single order goes down.
Reliable, relaxed savings aligns better with our values and serves as an alternative to "urgent" subscriber sales or time-limited discount codes. It also enables us to deliver fresher products based on demand to minimize waste and precisely account for the costs of operating a small commercial kitchen and online food business.
Our prices and associated discounts reflect these facts:
- It costs money to transport products to our customers, so we build shipping costs into product prices for transparency, then offer discounts to offset those costs in line with actual shipping costs.
- Each order takes a minimum amount of time to manage and fulfill, so various discounts on all orders above specific minimums ultimately shares our labor costs saved with our customers.
